中药对心肌细胞抗衰老过程中自噬的影响

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine on autophagy in the anti-aging process of cardiomyocytes

摘要 自噬作用为消化分解细胞内多余大分子和受损细胞器,从而维持细胞内稳态,避免细胞损伤的自体机制。心肌细胞作为一类高分化终末细胞,自噬对调节其能量代谢过程,细胞寿命长短均具有重要影响。因此,自噬在心血管疾病如动脉粥样硬化、心肌缺血和心衰等疾病发展过程中均发挥重要调控作用。近期有研究证实,中医中药可影响自噬,由于中药常配伍使用,因此分别总结不同中药成分对自噬三个主要过程不同影响,有助于指导临床用药,各类中药有效叠加,减少心肌损伤,促进心肌缺血再灌注损伤后心肌细胞修复,延缓心肌细胞衰老。 Autophagy is an autologous mechanism that regulates intracellular homeostasis and prevents damage by promoting digestion to break down damaged macromolecules and organelles. As a kind of highly differentiated terminal cells, cardiomyocytes are strongly influenced by autophagy by regulating its energy metabolism and cell lifetime. Therefore, autophagy plays an important regulatory role in the progression of cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia and heart failure. Recent studies have revealed that traditional Chinese medicine may affect autophagy. Since traditional Chinese medicine is often used in combination, it is necessary to summarize the influence of various traditional Chinese medicine on autophagy, which is helpful to guide the application of drugs. The effective combination of Chinese medicine may reduce myocardial damage, promote myocardial cell repair after myocardial ischemiareperfusion injury and delay myocardial cell aging.
