骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石防离析措施探究

Study on anti segregation measures of cement stabilized macadam with dense skeleton

骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石结构以其优越的路用性能在高速公路路面基层得到广泛应用,但因粗骨料离析,实际施工中易出现诸多质量问题,未能充分发挥骨架密实结构优越性的情况时有发生。本文结合甘肃甜永高速公路路面基层施工经验,从原材料质量、级配选择、搅拌工艺、混合料运输、现场摊铺等环节,介绍骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石防离析措施和经验。

The skeleton dense cement stabilized macadam structure has been widely used in the pavement base of expressway because of its superior road performance.But due to the segregation of coarse aggregate,many quality problems are easy to occur in the actual construction,and the advantages of skeleton dense structure are not fully exerted.Based on the construction experience of the base course of the pavement in Gansu,from the aspects of raw material quality,grading selection,mixing technology,mixture transportation,field paving,this paper introduces the measures and experience of preventing segregation of the skeleton dense cement stabilized macadam.
