Analysis of TRIZ innovation method to solidify bill of quantities in highway engineering bidding

结合行业要求,对工程招投标中工程量清单的特殊需求展开创新思维,借助TRIZ创新原理建立系统分析模型,采用TRIZ创新方法中的功能分析、组件裁剪、因果分析等工具,解决工程量清单应用过程中的矛盾和问题,获得相应的解决方案——工程量清单固化,从而证明TRIZ创新方法对工程问题的有效性和指导性。

Based on the requirements of the industry,this paper develops innovative thinking on the special needs of the bill of quantities in the project bidding,establishes its system analysis model with the help of TRIZ innovation principle,solves the contradictions and problems in the application of the bill of quantities by using the tools of function analysis,component cutting,cause and effect analysis in the TRIZ innovation method,and obtains the corresponding solution--bill of quantities single curing,thus proving the effectiveness and guidance of TRIZ innovation system for engineering problems.
