摘要
施工升降机在露天使用过程中受到大气腐蚀以及吊笼运行过程中机械磨损的双重腐蚀磨损。常规防锈喷漆养护只会减缓施工升降机部分金属结构件的大气腐蚀,而吊笼滚轮与导轨架主弦杆相接触的地方,机械磨损较严重,简单的喷漆处理无法减缓导轨架的磨损腐蚀进程。本文分析了吊笼滚轮与导轨架主弦杆之间的腐蚀磨损,同时提出采用热喷涂来提高导轨架主弦杆的耐磨性能。
Construction elevator will suffer from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical wear during operation of suspension cage in open air.Conventional rust-proof spray paint maintenance can only slow down the atmospheric corrosion of some metal structure parts of construction elevator.Where the cage roller contacts with the main chord of the guide rail frame,the mechanical wear is more serious.Simple spray paint treatment can not slow down the wear and corrosion process of the guide rail frame.This paper focuses on the analysis of corrosion and wear between the cage roller and the main chord of the guideway frame,and proposes to improve the wear resistance of the main chord of the guideway frame by thermal spraying.
