摘要 科学解决施工变形缝是施工中的主要问题之一。对于房建结构,温度以及收缩变形是影响变形缝最主要因素,控制不好会造成现浇板和建筑物墙体出现裂缝,为此通常将伸缩缝预留在建筑物内。通常砖体架构房屋建筑施工伸缩缝宽度管控在30mm上下,间距控制在50-60mm。本文论述房屋建筑施工架构变形缝施工技艺,以资参考。 How to solve the construction deformation joint scientifically is one of the most important problems in construction.For the building structure,temperature and shrinkage deformation are the most important factors that affect the deformation joint.If the control is not good,the cracks will appear in the cast-in-place slab and the building wall.Therefore,the expansion joint is usually reserved in the building.In general,the width of expansion joints in the construction of brick structure buildings should be controlled at 30mm,and the spacing should be controlled at 50-60mm.This paper focuses on construction technology of the deformation joint of building construction framework for reference.
