现阶段建筑行业迅猛发展的背景下,质量安全监管在其中扮演着至关重要的角色,无论是工程施工质量的控制,还是工程成本控制,质量安全监管都起到关键性的作用,在工程具体施工建设中控制着腐败现象的出现。虽然现阶段质量安全监管在建筑工程建设中发挥着不可替代的作用,但是受到些许主观、客观因素的影响导致质量安全监管实际工作开展中尚存问题。基于此,本文针对建筑质量安全监管中存在的问题及其解决对策进行分析研究。

Under the background of the rapid development of the construction industry at this stage,quality and safety supervision plays a vital role in it.Whether it is the control of construction quality or the cost control of the project,quality and safety supervision plays a key role in controlling corruption in the concrete construction of the project.Although quality and safety supervision plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of construction projects at this stage,there are still some problems in the actual work of quality and safety supervision due to the influence of some subjective and objective factors.Based on this,this paper analyses and studies the problems existing in the supervision of building quality and safety and their solutions.
