摘要 鉴于传统的淬火炉的温度控制系统的局限性,采用微处理器AT89C51进行温度控制。温度测定采用热敏电阻,LM016L液晶屏显示实时温度与设定温度,采用ADC0832进行A/D转换。实现温度实时采集、显示淬火炉炉温,通过按键设定温度值,控制系统进行实际温度与预设温度的调控。 In view of the limitations of the traditional quenching furnace temperature control system,a microprocessor AT89C52 is used for temperature control.The temperature is measured with a thermistor.The real-time temperature and set temperature are displayed on LM016L LCD screen,and A/D conversion is carried out with adc083.The real-time acquisition of temperature is realized,the furnace temperature of quenching furnace is displayed,the temperature value is set by keystrokes,and the actual temperature and preset temperature are controlled by the control system.The control system controls the actual temperature and the preset temperature.
