摘要
本文设计了基于STM32单片机控制的咖啡拉花机。咖啡拉花机由STM32单片机、显示屏、步进电机等驱动设备组成,STM32单片机用于控制步进电机运动和在显示屏上显示相关数据。本文给出了系统的工作流程图、3D打印喷头结构设计、硬件和软件设计以及梯形加减速算法和速度前瞻算法的设计。实验表明,该系统能提高拉花的精度和稳定性,实现咖啡拉花机自动拉花的功能。
This paper designs a coffee drawing machine based on STM32 single chip microcomputer,which is composed of STM32 single chip microcomputer,display screen,stepping motor and other driving equipment.STM32 single chip microcomputer is used to control the movement of stepping motor and display relevant data on the display screen.This paper presents the work flow chart of the system,the structure design of 3D printing nozzle,the hardware and software design as well as the trapezoid acceleration and deceleration algorithm and the speed forward-looking algorithm design.Experiment results show that the system can improve the precision and stability of drawing and realize the automatic drawing function of coffee drawing machine.
