微型种植支抗对口腔正畸患者上下牙角度恢复及骨保护素水平的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Microimplantation Anchorage on the Recovery of Upper and Lower Tooth Angle and the Level of Osteoprotegerin in Orthodontic Patients

摘要 目的探讨微型种植支抗对口腔正畸患者上下牙角度恢复及骨保护素水平的影响。方法选择2018年1月-2019年1月河南省职工医院收治的拟行口腔正畸患者125例,按随机数表法分为对照组(62例)和观察组(63例),对照组采用口外弓加强支抗,观察组采用微型种植支抗,比较两组上下牙角度恢复及骨保护素水平。结果治疗后,观察组上颌中切牙倾角(26.68±5.27)°、下齿槽座角(1.42±0.47)°均高于对照组(12.14±4.56)°、(0.71±0.45)°,上齿槽座角(-1.92±0.55)°低于对照组(-0.73±0.52)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,观察组骨保护素(0.15±0.02)高于对照组(0.12±0.04),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在正畸治疗中应用微型种植支抗有助于矫正上下牙角度,提高骨保护素表达水平,保护牙槽骨。 Objective To investigate the effect of microimplantation Anchorage on the recovery of upper and lower tooth angle and the level of osteoprotegerin in orthodontic patients. Methods 125 patients with orthodontic treatment from January, 2018 to January, 2019 were randomly divided into control group(62 cases) and observation group(63 cases). The control group were treated with extraoral arch reinforcement Anchorage, and the observation group were treated with micro implantation Anchorage. The angle recovery of upper and lower teeth and the level of osteoprotegerin in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the maxillary middle incisor inclination angle was(26.68±5.27)° and the lower alveolar angle was(1.42±0.47)° in the observation group, which were higher than those in the control group(12.14 ±4.56)° and(0.71 ±0.45)°. The upper alveolar angle(-1.92±0.55)°was lower than that in the control group(-0.73±0.52)°. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The osteoprotegerin in the observation group(0.15±0.02) was significantly higher than that in the control group(0.12±0.04) in 2 months after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of micro implantation Anchorage in orthodontic treatment is helpful to correct the angle of upper and lower teeth, and promote the release of osteoprotegerin, which is higher than that of extraoral arch.
