“知信行”健康教育在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of“Knowledge,Attitude,Pracice”Health Education in Nursing of Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的探讨"知信行"健康教育在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法将焦作市第二人民医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的86例老年糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,每组各43例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采取"知信行"健康教育干预。比较两组患者护理前后"知信行"评分及其治疗依从性。结果观察组患者饮食控制、锻炼控制、血糖控制及用药控制依从性明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组知识、信念及行为评分高于护理前,且观察组知识、信念及行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者在进行"知信行"健康教育后,"知信行"健康教育评分明显得到提升,利于加强患者的治疗依从性,应用效果良好。

Objective To explore the effect of KAP health education of elderly diabetic patients. Methods 86 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus from January, 2018 to January, 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group took health education intervention on the basis of KAP on the basis of the control group. The scores of KAP and their treatment compliance were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The compliance of diet control, exercise control, blood glucose control and drug control in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After prognosis, knowledge, attitude and behavior scores of two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion After carrying out the KAP health education, the score of KAP is obviously improved, which is beneficial to strengthen the patient’s compliance with treatment and good effect.
