我国社会力量参与职业教育的路径思考

A Study on the Systematic Involvment of Non-gonvernmental Sectors into Vocational Education

针对我国当前社会力量参与职业教育的意愿没有得到充分激发,职业教育自身对社会力量的吸纳力不足,职业教育与社会组织的运行逻辑存在矛盾等问题,指出社会力量充分参与职业教育,需要创新社会资本参与职业教育的投资体制,丰富社会力量参与职业教育的方式,建立职业院校与社会组织之间的沟通合作机制,完善职业院校的内外部治理结构,以提升职业教育的吸纳力。

In view of the problems such as the insufficient willingness of social forces to participate in vocational education,the insufficient absorption of social forces by vocational education itself,and the contradiction between vocational education and the operation logic of social organizations,this paper points out that social forces should fully participate in vocational education,innovate the investment system of social capital to participate in vocational education,enrich the participation of social forces in vocational education methods,establish the communication and cooperation mechanism between Vocational Colleges and social organizations,and improve the internal and external governance structure of vocational colleges,so as to enhance the absorption of vocational education.
