摘要
京津城际铁路作为我国第1条设计运营时速350 km的高速铁路,率先进入大修期,高铁运营线路与新建线路的施工组织模式有较大差别。在分析CTC系统特性的基础上,梳理并总结CTC工程实施方案、应急保障措施;从安全等级和部署方式2个方面对CTC所含设备进行分类,并设计差别化的接入方案,从而最大化利用高铁“天窗”时间;分析高铁运营线路CTC开通环节存在的风险点,给出应急处置办法,同时就特殊场景下的技术难点进行描述。通过总结实践经验并给出实施方案,为即将到来的大规模高铁线路信号系统改造工作提供经验支持和方案参考。
The Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway is the first HSR with a design and operation speed of 350 km/h in China,and is now the first railway to enter the overhaul period.There is a big difference in the construction organization mode between operation lines and newly-built lines of HSR.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of CTC system,the CTC project implementation plan and emergency guarantee measures are sorted out and summarized.The equipment in CTC is classified in terms of security level and deployment method,and a differentiated access scheme is designed to maximize the use of HSR maintenance window.The paper analyzes the risk points existing in the CTC opening of HSR operation line,provides emergency measures,and describes the solutions to technical difficulties in special scenarios.By summing up practical experience and giving implementation plan,it aims to provide support and reference for the upcoming largescale signal system transformation of HSR.
