乳腺癌组织中MTSS1和uPA的表达及其与转移相关性研究

Expression of MTSS1 and uPA in Breast Cancer Tissues and Their Correlation with Metastasis

目的研究乳腺癌组织中MTSS1和uPA的表达及其与转移相关性。方法选取福建医科大学附属三明第一医院乳腺科于2009年8月1日-2012年12月31日间手术切除的乳腺癌标本80例作为研究组,选取这80例患者的癌旁组织标本80例作为对照1组,选取30例复发转移患者的第一次术后病理标本组织作为转移组。通过联合检测转移抑制因子1(MTSS1)、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)在乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织的表达水平,并将同期手术出现复发转移的30例乳腺癌患者中MTSS1、uPA的表达水平作为对照,分析其与临床病理的关系,分析两者是否有相关性,并探讨其与乳腺癌复发转移的相关性。结果研究组的MTSS1表达高于转移组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组uPA表达低于转移组,研究组、转移组uPA表达均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MTSS1和uPA的表达具有负相关性。结论(1)乳腺癌组织中MTSS1、uPA蛋白的阳性表达提示参与乳腺癌的发生、发展。(2)乳腺组织中的uPA蛋白的阳性表达和MTSS1蛋白的阳性表达与乳腺癌的浸润转移明显相关,二者可作为乳腺癌转移和预后评价的指标。(3)uPA蛋白与MTSS1在乳腺组织中的阳性表达有明显的负相关性,联合检测uPA与MTSS1对探讨乳腺癌的发生、发展以及浸润转移和预后有着重要的意义。

Objective To study the expression of MTSS1 and uPA in breast cancer tissues and their correlation with metastasis.Methods 80 cases of breast cancer specimens surgically resected from August 1,2009 to December 31,2012 in the Department of Mammary Gland of the hospital were selected as the study group,and 80 cases of paracancerous tissue specimens from these 80 patients were selected as the control group.The first postoperative pathological specimens of 30 patients with recurrence and metastasis were selected as the metastasis group.Through joint detection MTSS1,uPA in breast cancer tissue,and the expression level of tissue adjacent to carcinoma,and 30 cases of breast cancer patients with metastatic recurrence MTSS1,uPA expression level in comparison,its relationship with clinical pathology was analyzed.Analysis of whether there was correlation between both was done,and its correlation with recurrence of breast cancer was analyzed.Results MTSS1 expression in the study group was higher than that in the metastatic group and higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).uPA expression in the study group was lower than that in the metastatic group,and uPA expression in both the study group and the metastatic group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the expression of MTSS1 and uPA.Conclusion(1)The positive expression of MTSS1 and uPA protein in breast cancer tissue suggests its involvement in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.(2)The positive expression of uPA protein in breast tissue is significantly correlated with the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer,and the positive expression of MTSS1 protein in breast tissue is significantly correlated with the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer,which can be used as indicators for the evaluation of breast cancer metastasis and prognosis.(3)There is significant negative correlation between the positive expression of uPA protein and MTSS1 in breast tissue,and the combined detection of uPA and MTSS1 is of great significance for the discussion of the occurrence,development,invasion,metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer.
