个体化健康教育在急性胰腺炎患者护理中的应用价值

Effect of Individualized Health Education on Quality of Life of Patients in Nursing Intervention of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探析急性胰腺炎护理干预中个体化健康教育对患者生存质量的作用。方法随机选择驻马店市中心医院于2017年11月-2018年05月间收治的70例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究样本,按抽签方法随机均分为参照组和研究组。参照组接受常规护理,研究组接受个体化健康教育护理干预,比较两组患者生存质量情况、疾病知识知晓情况、自我管理能力情况和复发率等。结果干预后研究组的SF-36评分、QLQ-C30评分明显高于参照组,疾病知识知晓率和自我管理能力明显高于参照组,参照组的复发率高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性胰腺炎护理干预中应用个体化健康教育,能够提高患者对疾病知识的知晓率和自我管理能力,改善患者的生存质量,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the effect of individualized health education on the quality of life of patients in nursing intervention of acute pancreatitis.Methods 70 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the hospital from November,2017 to May,2018 were randomly selected as the study samples.They were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and research group(35 cases)according to the method of drawing lots.The control group received routine nursing,while the research group received individualized health education nursing intervention.The quality of life,disease knowledge,self-management ability and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After intervention,the SF-36 score and QLQ-C30 score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The rate of knowing disease knowledge and the ability of self-management were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the recurrence rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the research group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized health education in the nursing intervention of acute pancreatitis can improve the awareness rate and self-management ability of patients with related diseases,improve the quality of life of the patients and reduce the recurrence rate.
