脊柱外科手术患者围术期动态可视教育模式应用研究

摘要 目的观察围术期动态可视教育模式在脊柱外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法将围术期动态可视教育模式实施前(2018年1月-3月)和实施后(2018年4月-6月)于深圳市罗湖区人民医院接受手术干预的成年脊柱外科患者64例作为研究对象,实施前后手术病例分别设为对照与试验两组,每组各32例。对照组脊柱外科手术患者接受常规围术期健康教育,试验组在此基础上加用动态可视教育干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组脊柱外科手术患者干预后健康知识知晓度、康复活动准确度评分、健康教育满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将动态可视教育模式应用于脊柱外科手术患者围术期健康教育之中,可显著提升该类患者的健康知识知晓度与康复活动准确度,在患者中的认可度较高。 Objective To observe the effect of perioperative dynamic visual education in spinal surgery.Methods Before(from January to March,2018)and after(from April to June,2018)the implementation of the perioperative dynamic visual education model,64 adult spinal surgery patients received surgical intervention in the hospital were selected.The patients in the control group received routine perioperative health education,and the experimental group was treated with dynamic visual education on the basis of routine perioperative health education.The observation indexes after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of health knowledge,accuracy of rehabilitation activity and satisfaction rate of health education were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dynamic visual education model in perioperative health education of patients with spinal surgery can significantly improve the health knowledge and rehabilitation accuracy of patients with spinal surgery.
