分病种差异化定时术后回访在手术室护理中的应用研究

Application Study of Postoperative Return Visits in Different Diseases in Operating Room Nursing

目的研究分病种差异化定时术后回访在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法使用便利抽样法分别从阳江市中医医院手术室2018年1月-6月(对照组)和2018年7月-12月(试验组)手术病例中抽取成人择期手术患者各100例做为研究对象,对照组接受常规术后访视护理,试验组接受分病种差异化定时术后回访干预,比较两组干预后的各项观察指标。结果分病种差异化定时术后回访模式下的试验组术后回访资料收集完整率、阳性事件检出率及手术室护理满意率均显著高于常规术后回访组(P<0.05)。结论设计分病种差异化定时术后回访模式并将之应用于手术室护理实践之中,可显著提高术后访视质量与患方的手术室护理满意度评价。

Objective To study the effect of recurrent visit in Operating room nursing.Methods 100 adult patients with elective surgery were selected from the Operating Room of the hospital by convenience sampling method.Patients were selected as the control group from January to March,2018.Patients form July to December,2018 were selected as the experimental group.The patients were treated with different types of disease,and the observation indexes of the two groups after the intervention were compared.Results The complete rate of data collection,positive incident detection rate and satisfaction rate of nursing care in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The design and application of the mode of return visit in the operation room can significantly improve the quality of postoperative visit and the evaluation of patient satisfaction with nursing in the Operating Room.
