探讨优质护理模式在肋骨骨折合并血气胸胸腔闭式引流术中的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing Mode in Closed Thoracic Drainage for Rib Fracture with Hemopneumothorax

目的研究在肋骨骨折合并血气胸胸腔闭式引流术中优质护理模式的应用价值。方法从驻马店市中心医院于2016年4月-2019年1月接收的众多肋骨骨折合并血气胸并给予胸腔闭式引流术治疗的患者中随机选择72例作为研究样本,并依照临床护理方案的不同将其分为两组进行差异性护理(传统组和创新组,每组36例)。采用常规护理措施对传统组患者进行单一性护理,并在此护理前提下对创新组患者实施优质护理方案,对比分析两组患者配合治疗的依从性以及其他临床相关指标(住院耗时、卧床耗时、胸痛缓解耗时)与护理前后的排痰情况。结果创新组患者配合治疗的总依从性(94.44%)以及住院耗时、卧床耗时等其他临床相关指标均优于传统组患者配合治疗的总依从性(75.00%)以及住院耗时、卧床耗时等其他临床相关指标均,且两者相关数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规性护理的基础上对肋骨骨折合并血气胸胸腔闭式引流术患者开展优质护理模式,不仅能够促进其快速排痰,快速缓解其胸痛感症状,并且还有利于提高患者配合治疗的依从性,值得临床借鉴与推广。

Objective To study the application value of high-quality nursing mode in rib fracture combined with hemopneumothorax closed thoracic drainage.Methods 72 patients with fractured ribs combined hemopneumothorax,who received chest closed drainage treatment in the hospital from April,2016 to January,2019 were randomly selected as the research sample.And according to the clinical nursing plan,they were divided into two groups(traditional and innovative group,with 36 cases in each group).The conventional nursing measures were used in the traditional group,and based on this,high quality nursing was used in innovative group.Compliance,other clinically relevant indicators(hospitalization time,time in bed and chest pain relief time consuming)and nursing before and after the row of phlegm of two groups were compared.Results Total treatment compliance(94.44%),hospitalization time,bed time consuming and other clinically relevant indexes of innovation group are superior to treatment compliance(75.00%)and hospitalization time,bed time consuming and other clinically relevant indexes of traditional group.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,the high-quality nursing mode for patients with rib fracture combined with hemopneumothorax closed thoracic drainage can not only promote their rapid sputum drainage and relieve their chest pain symptoms,but also help to improve the compliance of patients with treatment.So it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
