麻醉苏醒护理联合保温护理对全麻手术患者术中应激反应及苏醒期躁动的影响

Effect of Anesthesia Recovery Nursing Combined with Insulation Nursing on Stress Reaction and Restlessness in patients Undergoing General Anesthesia Surgery

目的探讨麻醉苏醒护理联合保温护理对全麻手术患者术中应激反应及苏醒期躁动的影响。方法选择2017年1月-2018年9月在河南中医药大学第一附属医院进行手术治疗的患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各42例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施麻醉苏醒护理联合保温护理,比较两组患者术中应激反应及苏醒期躁动情况。结果观察组切皮后(T1)及术毕拔管后(T2)心率(Heart rate,HR)及平均动脉压(Mean arterial pressure,MAP)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组T3、T4及T5时苏醒期躁动评分(Pediatric anesthesia emergence delirium scale,PAED)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麻醉苏醒护理联合保温护理可降低全麻手术患者的术中应激反应及苏醒期躁动。

Objective To explore the effect of anaesthesia awakening nursing combined with heat preservation nursing on stress response and restlessness in patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery.Methods 84 patients undergoing surgical treatment in the hospital from January,to September 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with anaesthesia recovery nursing combined with heat preservation nursing.The stress response and restlessness during recovery were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)after skin incision(T1)and after extubation(T2)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the restlessness score of T3,T4 and T5 in the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia recovery nursing combined with heat preservation nursing can reduce intraoperative stress reaction and restlessness in patients undergoing general anesthesia.
