含多端柔性多状态开关的智能配电网供电能力评估 被引量:9

摘要 多端FMS(柔性多状态开关)彻底改变了传统配电网的网架结构和运行方式,进而影响配电网的供电能力。根据馈线N-1安全准则,分析了常规馈线组与含FMS的智能配电馈线组的区别与联系。建立含FMS的智能配电网供电能力评估模型,该模型考虑了FMS运行约束和馈线N-1运行场景,并计及多种传统配电网的运行约束。通过等价变换消去原模型约束中的离散变量,将原混合整数非线性模型转化为一个非线性模型,优化求解获取含FMS的智能配电网的供电能力。在含三端FMS接入的智能配电网示范工程上仿真表明:该模型方法适用于多端FMS应用场景的供电能力评估,并能有效保障系统运行安全。 The multi-terminal flexible multi-state switch(FMS) has completely changed the grid structure and operation mode of the traditional distribution network and affected the total supply capability(TSC) of the distribution network. According to feeder N-1 safety criterion, the difference and connection between the conventional feeder group and smart feeder group with FMS are analyzed. A supply capacity evaluation model with FMS for intelligent distribution network is established, which considers the operational constraints of FMS and the operation scenarios of feeder N-1, as well as operation constraints of multiple traditional distribution networks. The original mixed-integer nonlinear programming model(MINLP) is converted into a nonlinear programming model(NLP) by eliminating the discrete variables in the original constraints through equivalent transformation, through which supply capacity of intelligent distribution network with FMS is solved.The simulations on the practical demonstration project with three-terminal FMS show that this model is applicable to supply capability evaluation in multi-terminal FMS application scenarios, and can effectively guarantee the system operation safety.
