摘要
某±800 kV换流站换流变压器网侧高压套管将军帽在迎峰度夏期间故障频发,结合故障的检查处理情况,对发热故障的原因进行了分析,发现将军帽设计不合理是导致故障发生的根本原因。最后针对此类故障,提出了将军帽可行的优化改造方案,改造后的高压套管将军帽未再出现过热问题,验证了改造方案的合理性和可靠性。
Faults on AC bushing general cap of converter transformer in a ±800 kV converter station occur frequently during load peak in summer. The cause of heat fault is analyzed base on fault check and treatment.It is found that the faults were fundamentally caused by unreasonable design of the general cap. The paper proposes an optimal renovation plan for the general cap. After the renovation, general cap heat is eliminated,which demonstrates that the renovation plan is reasonable and reliable.
