新型城镇化背景下的城市新区路名规划编制探讨——以济南东站片区为例

Discussion on Road Name Planning of New Urban Areas under the Background of New Urbanization——Take Jinan East Railway Station as an Example

随着我国新型城镇化进程的推进,城市建设由粗放型扩张向着重品质的精细化方向转变,新增道路名称编制愈加受到重视。从文化角度实现"人的城镇化",延续文脉,留住乡愁,把城市历史文化融入生活,是路名编制过程中需考虑的关键。文章以济南东站片区为例,在分析其典型特征的基础上,以"地理指位""地域文化"和"愿景期望"为主要命名原则,注重历史和文化的传承。该片区道路命名是当地政府部门调整道路命名审批程序的首批实践,整个过程融合了规划、文化和民政等部门的相互协作,以期对相关规划工作有所启发。

With the advancement of the new urbanization process in China,the direction of urban construction has changed from extensive expansion to fine quality,and the compilation of new road names has been paid more attention.Realizing"urbanization of human beings"from the perspective of culture,continuing the context,retaining nostalgia,and integrating urban culture into life are key points to be considered in the process of compiling road names.Taking Jinan East Railway Station as an example,based on the analysis of its typical characteristics,this paper takes"geographical location","regional culture"and"vision expectation"as the main naming principles,and pays attention to the inheritance of history and culture.This project is the first practice of local government departments in adjusting the approval procedure of road naming.The whole process integrates the cooperation of planning,culture and civil affairs departments,which may inspire the relevant planning work.
