基于多准则评价与分层决策的土地开发强度研究

Research on Land Development Intensity Based on Multi-criteria Evaluation and Hierarchical Decision-making

科学合理确定城市用地的开发强度是控制性详细规划的重要环节。文章借助GIS技术手段,以南丰县河西片区的控规为例,根据经济、社会、自然因素对土地开发强度的多重影响,分别考虑经济效益准则和环境效益准则的开发强度特征,尝试在控规层面构建基于多准则评价与分层决策的技术方法体系,为城市土地开发强度提供定量化研究思路。

Scientific and reasonable determination of the development intensity of urban areas is an important link in regulatory detailed planning.With the help of GIS technology,combined with economic,social and natural factors,this paper takes Hexi District of Nanfeng County as an example,and tries to construct the technical method system at regulatory detailed planning level based on multi-criteria evaluation and hierarchical decision-making to provide quantitative research ideas for urban land development intensity.
