以《建筑类教学质量国家标准》为导向的“经济适用”教学实践——以大学餐厅建筑设计为例

Teaching Practice of "Economic Applicability" Guided by "National Standards for Teaching Quality of Architecture" ——Taking the Architectural Design of University Restaurant as an Example

2019年国家公布的《建筑类教学质量国家标准》多次强调了建筑设计的经济适用性,这一重要指示明确了未来教学的目标和方向。为贯彻这一教学宗旨,华南理工大学设计课教学创新性地从场地设计、功能流线、建筑结构、立面材质、绿色节能五方面融入建筑经济性实践,其经济性考量具有思路创新、指示明确、要点突出、契合市场的特色,是一次上承国家政策、下接市场需求、具有开拓性的教学实践,值得推广。

The National Standard for the Quality of Architectural Teaching published by the State in 2019 has repeatedly emphasized the economic applicability of architectural design.This important directive clarifies the goals and directions of future teaching.Many of them emphasized the economic application of architectural design.To implement this teaching principle,the design teaching of our school,from the site design,function flow line,building structure,facade material,green energy saving,integrates into the economic practice of building.Five aspects of economic considerations have innovative ideas,clear instructions,prominent points,and the characteristics of the market,it is worth promoting the national policy,the market demand,and the pioneering teaching practice.
