临床医学硕士研究生的培养现状与对策初探

A Preliminary Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasure of the Training of Master of Clinical Medicine Postgraduates

目的了解临床医学硕士研究生培养面临的挑战,为临床医学硕士研究生的培养提供一定的政策建议。方法采用文献研究法和问卷调查法等方法,了解研究生培养的现状,对某三级甲等医院305名临床医学硕士研究生进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果在本次问卷调查中仍有6.23%的临床医学硕士研究生对某三级甲等医院的研究生管理规定不太了解;在硕士研究生对于教学注重理论与实践相结合的满意度方面,满意仅为79.35%;对于请假制度的满意度方面,满意仅为73.09%。结论在当前现有临床医学硕士研究生培养模式下仍存在诸多问题。应通过加强研究生对管理规定的了解、创造条件增加操作机会、丰富培养内容和加强思想引导等措施,促进临床医学硕士研究生的培养工作不断完善。

Objective To discover the challenges faced by the training of clinical medicine master students and provide some policy suggestions for the training of clinical medicine master students.Methods By using the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,the present situation of postgraduate training was understood.305 Postgraduates of clinical medicine in a tertiary first-class hospital were investigated by questionnaire,and the results were analyzed.Results In this questionnaire survey,6.23%clinical medical postgraduates still do not understand the regulations of postgraduate management in a tertiary A hospital;in terms of the satisfaction of postgraduates with the combination of theory and practice in teaching,satisfaction was only 79.35%.With the leave system,the satisfaction rate was only 73.09%.Conclusion In the current training mode of clinical medicine master,there are still some problems.The training of Postgraduates in clinical medicine needs to be improved by strengthening their understanding of management regulations,creating conditions,increasing operational opportunities,enriching training contents and strengthening ideological guidance.
