强化规培医师思维能力的方法研究初探

A Preliminary Study on Methods to Strengthen the Thinking Ability of Doctors Under the Discipline Training

目的探究规培医师思维能力的强化对策,完善院内规培医生的培训对策。方法依据青岛大学附属医院2017年1月—2018年12月所收集的规培医师数据,2017年1月—2017年12月期间未进行思维能力强化培养,设为对照组;2018年1月—2018年12月期间进行思维能力强化培养,设为强化组,两组均为62人。比较两阶段患者就诊满意度和工作评价合格率。结果对照组患者满意度为96.8%,强化组治疗满意度为87.1%,比较两个时间段患者就诊满意度,强化组明显好于对照组,有统计学意义,P<0.05。对照组合格率为74.2%;强化组合格率为91.9%,比较两个时间段医生工作情况,强化组明显好于对照组,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论规培医生是世界医生行业未来的发展趋势和方向,完善规培医生思维能力的培养对策有利于提升院内的治疗质量和服务质量,定向的、科学的、优质的规培医师思维能力培养有助于提升规培医师的思维能力、改善医患关系、提升治疗效果,应着重强化培养。

Objective In order to explore the countermeasures for strengthening the thinking ability of doctors with standardized training,and improve the training countermeasures for doctors with standardized training in the hospital.Methods According to the data collected from the institute of planning and training physicians in the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university from January,2017 to December,2008,no intensive cultivation of thinking ability was conducted during the period from January,2017 to December,2017.January,2018-december,2018 carried out intensive cultivation of thinking ability,which was set as the intensive group,with 62 people in both groups.The satisfaction of patients and qualification rate of work evaluation in two stages was compared.Results The satisfaction of patients in the control group was 96.8%,and the satisfaction of treatment in the intensive group was 87.1%.Compared with the satisfaction of patients in the two time periods,the intensive group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The pass rate of the control group was 74.2%.The qualification rate of the intensive group was 91.9%.Comparing the work of doctors in the two periods,the intensive group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Rules from his doctor is one of the world industry development trend and direction of the future,perfect the rules from the doctor the cultivation of thinking ability countermeasure to improve hospital quality and service quality,rules on the orientation,scientific,the high quality of thinking ability training to help boost gauge cultivates professionals,thinking ability,improve the doctor-patient relationship,improve the treatment effect,should focus on strengthening training.
