叙事医学在全科住培学员培训中的重要启示

国际经验表明,执行基础医疗服务的全科医生才能有效控制不断上涨的卫生费用和更好地保障居民健康,为此,对全科医生的素质提出了更高的要求。医生道德规范一直是医疗教育体系的隐性缺失课程,因此,叙事医学从全新的角度为全科医生,乃至整个医疗群体诠释了开辟医生整体素质的探索的另一条路径。本文旨在从叙事医学角度出发,将其应用于全科医学学员培养方面,探讨叙事医学与全科医学的交合点,叙事医学对全科医生培养的重要性,为提高全科医生后备人才的素质提供了新的视点。

International experience shows that only general practitioners who carry out basic medical services can effectively control the rising health costs and better protect the health of residents,which puts forward higher requirements for the quality of general practitioners.The ethics of doctors has always been a hidden missing course in the medical education system.Therefore,narrative medicine interprets another way to explore the overall quality of doctors for general practitioners and even the whole medical community from a new point of view.From the point of view of narrative medicine,this paper aims to apply it to the training of general practitioners,to explore the intersection of narrative medicine and general medicine,and the importance of narrative medicine to the training of general practitioners.it provides a new viewpoint for improving the quality of reserve talents of general practitioners.
