子宫压迫术减少产后出血在剖宫产中应用

Uterine Compression Reduces Postpartum Hemorrhage in Cesarean Section

目的探讨子宫压迫术减少产后出血在剖宫产中应用效果。方法2018年1月—2019年4月,选择医院剖宫产的产后出血患者一共82例,根据随机数字表方式进行分组,各组为41例,观察组使用子宫压迫缝合术,对照组使用其他方式进行止血。详细记录两组患者的出血量、止血时间、住院时间。随访两组患者3个月,采用SF-36评量表评估两组患者的生活质量。结果(1)与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的生存质量明显改善,P<0.05;与对照组比较,观察组治疗后生存质量评分明显比对照组更优,P<0.05。(2)和对照组比较,观察组总出血量(885.63±228.65)mL、术中出血量(196.19±26.53)mL明显更少,止血时间(5.82±1.35)min,住院时间(5.12±0.38)d明显更短,P<0.05。结论产后出血患者采取子宫压迫缝合术,可以有效地减少产妇的出血量,缩短产妇的止血时间,有利于提高产妇的抢救成功率。

Objective To investigate the effect of uterine compression on reducing postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods From January 20 to 2019,a total of 82 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital were selected according to the random number table.Each group was 41 patients.The observation group was treated with uterine compression suture and the control group.Use other methods to stop bleeding.The bleeding volume,hemostasis time,and hospitalization time of the two groups of patients were recorded in detail.The two groups of patients were followed up for 3 months,and the quality of life of the two groups was assessed using the SF-36 scale.Results(1)Compared with before treatment,the quality of life of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment,P<0.05.Compared with the control group,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05.(2)Compared with the control group,the total bleeding volume(885.63±228.65)mL and intraoperative blood loss(196.19±26.53)mL were significantly less in the observation group,and the hemostasis time(5.82±1.35)min and hospitalization time(5.12±0.38)d were significantly shorter,P<0.05.Conclusion Uterine compression suture in patients with postpartum hemorrhage can effectively reduce the amount of maternal bleeding,shorten the maternal hemostasis time,and help to improve the success rate of maternal rescue.
