后腹腔镜去顶减压术治疗肾囊肿的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Decompression for Renal Cyst

目的探讨后腹腔镜去顶减压术治疗肾囊肿的临床效果。方法选择医院32例2017年2月—2018年10月肾囊肿患者。随机分组,开放性肾囊肿手术治疗组采取开放性肾囊肿手术治疗,后腹腔镜去顶减压术治疗组则采取后腹腔镜去顶减压术。比较两组疾病疗效;胃肠功能恢复正常的时间、手术的耗时以及下床、住院耗时;治疗前后患者SF-36量表评分值;感染、尿漏的发生率。结果后腹腔镜去顶减压术治疗组疾病疗效、胃肠功能恢复正常的时间、手术的耗时以及下床、住院耗时、SF-36量表评分值相比较开放性肾囊肿手术治疗组更好,P<0.05。后腹腔镜去顶减压术治疗组感染、尿漏的发生率低于开放性肾囊肿手术治疗组,P<0.05。结论后腹腔镜去顶减压术肾囊肿效果好,可有效降低感染、尿漏的发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic decompression for renal cyst.Methods 32 cases of renal cyst in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were selected.The open renal cyst operation group was treated with open renal cyst operation,while the retroperitoneal laparoscopic decompression group was treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic decompression.The curative effects of the two groups were compared,including the time of recovery of gastrointestinal function,the time of operation,the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization,the score of SF-36 scale before and after treatment,and the incidence of infection and urinary leakage.Results Compared with open renal cyst operation group,retroperitoneal laparoscopic de-roofing and decompression treatment group had better curative effect,time of recovery of gastrointestinal function,time of operation,time of getting out of bed,hospitalization and SF-36 scale score,P<0.05.The incidence of infection and urinary leakage in retroperitoneal laparoscopic decompression group was lower than that in open renal cyst group(P<0.05).Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic decompression of renal cyst is effective and can effectively reduce the incidence of infection and urinary leakage.
