摘要 目的探讨常规矫正与微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸临床的对比。方法纳入医院50例2013年5月—2018年11月口腔正畸治疗患者。随机数字表分组,常规矫正治疗方法组对口腔正畸治疗患者选择常规矫正治疗方法治疗,微型种植体支抗治疗组对口腔正畸治疗患者则选择微型种植体支抗治疗。比对两组疗效;疗程时间;治疗前后患者上切牙前颅平面角度、下切牙下颌平面角度、磨牙移位水平;软组织水肿等的出现率。结果微型种植体支抗治疗组疗效、疗程时间、上切牙前颅平面角度、下切牙下颌平面角度、磨牙移位水平相比常规矫正治疗方法组有优势,P<0.05。微型种植体支抗治疗组软组织水肿等的出现率低于常规矫正治疗方法组,P<0.05。结论微型种植体支抗治疗口腔正畸治疗的疗效确切,可有效改善上切牙前颅平面角度、下切牙下颌平面角度、磨牙移位水平,缩短疗程,且可减少并发症的出现,疗效好,安全性高。 Objective To compare the clinical application of conventional orthodontics and mini-implant anchorage in orthodontics.Methods Fifty patients with orthodontic treatment in our hospital from May 2013 to November 2018 were enrolled.The patients in the conventional orthodontic treatment group were treated with conventional orthodontic treatment,while those in the micro-implant anchorage treatment group were treated with micro-implant anchorage.The curative effect,course of treatment,anterior cranial plane angle of upper incisor,mandibular plane angle of lower incisor,molar displacement level and occurrence rate of soft tissue edema before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional orthodontic treatment group,the treatment effect,duration,anterior cranial plane angle of upper incisor,mandibular plane angle of lower incisor and molar displacement level of the mini-implant anchorage treatment group had advantages(P<0.05).The incidence of soft tissue edema in the mini-implant anchorage group was lower than that in the conventional orthodontic treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-implant anchorage is effective in the treatment of oral orthodontics.It can effectively improve the anterior cranial plane angle of upper incisor,mandibular plane angle of lower incisor and molar displacement level,shorten the course of treatment,and reduce the occurrence of complications.It has good curative effect and high safety.
