艾地苯醌在神经系统疾病治疗中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 艾地苯醌是一种合成物,属于强效抗氧化剂,也是脑代谢与精神症状改善剂,其分子结构与辅酶Q10相似,具有极好的抗氧化活性,在低氧张力下可发挥良好疗效,能够对细胞膜、线粒体起到一定的保护作用,尤其在通过血脑屏障方面,其优势尤其突出。当前,艾地苯醌在缺血性脑血管病、共济失调、阿尔兹海默病、血管性痴呆等神经系统疾病的治疗中获得了广泛运用,疗效确切,可明显改善脑内神经递质5-羟色胺的代谢,并发挥抗氧化与清除自由基的作用,以此达到减轻脑缺血与中枢神经系统损伤的治疗效果。现就近年来国内外有关艾地苯醌的研究作一综述,并阐述艾地苯醌的分子结构、药代动力学、作用机制及其在神经系统疾病治疗中的应用情况。 Objective Aidibenquinone is a kind of compound,which is a powerful antioxidant.It is also a brain metabolic and psychiatric improver.Its molecular structure is similar to coenzyme Q10 and has excellent antioxidant activity.It can play a good therapeutic effect under hypoxic tension.It can protect cell membranes and mitochondria to a certain extent,especially through blood-brain barrier.At present,adebenquinone has been widely used in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,ataxia,Alzheimer's disease,vascular dementia and other neurological diseases.It has a definite curative effect.It can significantly improve the metabolism of neurotransmitter 5-hydroxytryptamine in the brain,and play the role of antioxidant and free radical scavenging,so as to achieve the therapeutic effect of reducing cerebral ischemia and Central nervous system injury.This paper reviews the recent studies on aldibenzoquinone at home and abroad,and elaborates its molecular structure,pharmacokinetics,mechanism of action and its application in the treatment of nervous system diseases.
