Effects of Statins Combined With Cardiovascular Drugs in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases

目的探讨他汀类联合心血管药物治疗心血管疾病的临床效果。方法选取医院2017年2月—2018年2月60例心血管疾病患者,根据入院时间分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),观察组实施他汀类联合心血管药物治疗,对照组仅给予心血管药物治疗,对比治疗效果。结果血脂指标对比中,治疗前无较大差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各项指标改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);在血液黏度相关指标观察中,治疗前比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论他汀类联合心血管药物治疗心血管疾病的临床效果显著,可调节患者血脂水平,降低血液黏度,抑制病情进展。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of statins combined with cardiovascular drugs in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018,60 patients with cardiovascular diseases in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the admission time.Results There was no significant difference in serum lipid before treatment(P>0.05),and the improvement of all indexes in the observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation of blood viscosity related indicators,there was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),and the decrease was greater in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Statins combined with cardiovascular drugs have a significant clinical effect in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,which can regulate patients'blood lipid level,reduce blood viscosity,and inhibit the disease progression.
