曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合醒脑静治疗脑卒中的疗效

The Curative Effect of Treating Cerebral Apoplexy With Hydrolysis of Tricretin Brain and Xingnaojing

目的探讨曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法选取医院2016年6月—2018年10月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者96例,治疗方案不同分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48),对照组采用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗,观察组于对照组基础上采用醒脑静注射液治疗,疗程结束后,观察分析2组治疗效果,治疗前后神经缺损(NIHSS评分)、生活质量(SS-QOL评分)。结果观察组总有效率91.67%较对照组75.00%高(P<0.05),治疗后观察组SS-QOL评分较对照组高(P<0.05),观察组NIHSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合醒脑静注射液应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗中,疗效肯定,并可显著减轻神经缺损,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of acute ischemic apoplexy with the hydrolysis of tricretin brain and Xingnaojing injection.Methods Select our hospital from June 2016 to October 2018 of 96 patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into treatment group(n=48)and control group(n=48),control group adopts hydrolysis of tricretin brain treatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of the Xingnaojing injection treatment,after treatment,analyze the therapeutic effect of two groups,before and after the treatment of nerve defect(NIHSS score),the quality of life(SS-QOL scores).Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05),and the SS-QOL scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hydrolysis of tricretin brain combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke has positive efficacy,and can significantly reduce the nerve defects and improve the quality of life.
