中医治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy by Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的观察乳没通络丸配合中医推拿技术治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取医院神经根型颈椎病患者70例,选取时间为2017年1月—2018年6月,将70例患者随机分为乳没通络丸治疗的对照组(35例)与乳没通络丸配合中医推拿技术治疗的观察组(35例),观察患者治疗有效率、疼痛情况、颈椎功能障碍情况及治疗依从性。结果观察组治疗有效率94.29%,高于对照组,P<0.05,观察组VAS评分(1.71±0.19)分,P<0.05,低于对照组,P<0.05,观察组MDI评分(4.18±0.49)分,低于对照组,P<0.05。结论给予神经根型颈椎病患者乳没通络丸配合中医推拿技术治疗,能提高患者治疗有效率,减轻疼痛感,改善颈椎功能障碍情况,取得了令人满意的治疗效果,值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Rumotongluo Pill combined with Chinese massage technology in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Seventy patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in our hospital were selected from January 2017 to June 2018.70 patients were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)treated with Rumotongluo pill and observation group(35 cases)treated with Rumotongluo pill combined with traditional Chinese massage technology.The treatment efficiency,pain,cervical dysfunction and treatment compliance were observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The VAS score of the observation group was(1.71+0.19),P<0.05,lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The MDI score of the observation group was(4.18+0.49),lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Rumotongluo Pill combined with TCM massage treatment for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can improve the treatment efficiency,relieve pain,improve cervical dysfunction,and achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect,which is worth learning from.
