良肢体位摆放在脑卒中康复护理中的作用探究

目的评价脑卒中患者康复护理工作中良肢体位摆放的价值,为脑卒中患者康复护理工作提供参考,以促进患者康复效果的提升。方法选择医院近年收治住院治疗处在生命体征平稳的康复期脑卒中患者,总计80例。将80例脑卒中患者随机数字表法分组,参照组40例脑卒中患者接受常规护理,试验组40例脑卒中患者加行良肢体位摆放康复护理。比较参照组、试验组脑卒中患者肢体运动能力改善情况、护理满意度评分以及相关并发症发生率情况。结果试验组脑卒中患者干预后肢体运动能力评分以及护理满意度评分均明显高于参照组,肌痉挛、肩疼痛、足下垂等相关并发症发生率明显少于参照组,P<0.05指标差异具有统计学意义。结论脑卒中患者康复期间仰卧位以及患侧卧位等良肢体位摆放康复护理的应用可以减少患者肌痉挛、肩疼痛等并发症,提高患者康复期安全性,提高患者肢体运动能力,符合患者康复护理工作需求,整体护理效果显著。

Objective To evaluate the value of good limb position in rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients,and to provide reference for rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients,so as to promote the improvement of rehabilitation effect.Methods 80 patients with stroke in convalescent period with stable vital signs were selected in our hospital in recent years.Eighty stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 stroke patients in the reference group received routine nursing,and 40 stroke patients in the experimental group received rehabilitation nursing with good limb position.The improvement of limb motor ability,nursing satisfaction score and the incidence of complications were compared between the control group and the experimental group.Results The scores of motor ability and nursing satisfaction of stroke patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The incidence of complications such as muscle spasm,shoulder pain and foot drop in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing in supine position and lateral position can reduce complications such as muscle spasm and shoulder pain,improve the safety of patients during rehabilitation,improve the motor ability of patients,meet the needs of patients'rehabilitation nursing work,the overall nursing effect is remarkable.
