自伤自杀预防控制技能在抑郁症患者中的应用效果

Effect of skills of suicide prevention and control on patients with depression

目的:社区推广抑郁症患者自伤、自杀预防控制技能,降低抑郁症患者的自伤自杀的风险。方法:将132例伴有早期自杀风险的抑郁症患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组进行自伤自杀预防控制技能干预和常规服药治疗,对照组进行常规服药治疗。在治疗前和治疗后4周、16周,应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和自杀风险评估量表(NGASR)评定疗效。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件进行分析。结果:122例完成研究(干预组62人,对照组60人)。4周、16周后评定结果,干预组HAMD评分低于对照组(t=-4.42,-3.94;P<0.01);干预组NGASR评分低于对照组(t=-4.20,-11.64;P<0.01),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:抑郁症患者自伤自杀预防控制技能能有效降低有早期自杀倾向的患者的自杀率及有效缓解抑郁症的症状。

Objective:To promote the depression patients in community skills of self-injury and suicide prevention and control,reduce the risk of depression in patients with self-injury suicide.Methods:A total of 132 cases with early risk of suicide of depression patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group received self-injury suicide prevention and control skill intervention and routine medication,while the control group received routine medication.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and suicide risk assessment scale(NGASR)were used to evaluate the efficacy before and 4 and 16 weeks after treatment.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Results:A total of 122 patients completed the study(62 in the intervention group and 60 in the control group).After 4 weeks and 16 weeks,the HAMD scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(t=-4.42,-3.94;P<0.01).The NGASR scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(t=-4.20,-11.64;P<0.01),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The skills of suicide prevention and control can effectively reduce the suicide rate and alleviate the symptoms of depression.
