Reliability and validity of SDT basic psychological needs satisfaction scale in college students

目的:检验自我决定理论(SDT)基本心理需要满足量表中文版在我国大学生群体中的信效度。方法:以291名大学生为被试,进行问卷调查。施测问卷包括SDT基本心理需要满足量表中文版、生活满意度量表、正性负性情绪量表。结果:所有9个项目均通过项目分析标准。探索性因素分析获得三因素结构,累计解释64.73%的总方差。验证性因素分析表明其与SDT假设的三因素模型拟合良好(χ^2=40.36,df=24,χ^2/df=1.68,RMSEA=0.07,GFI=0.94,CFI=0.97,NFI=0.94,IFI=0.97)。3个分量表均与生活满意度、积极情感、情感平衡、主观幸福感呈显著正相关,与消极情感呈显著负相关。3个分量表的Cronbachα系数分别为0.82(自主权)、0.86(胜任感)、0.80(关系性)。结论:SDT基本心理需要满足量表中文版具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为测量中国大学生心理需要满足的工具。

Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of SDT Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction Scale in Chinese college students.Methods:A total of 291 college students were investigated,using SDT Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction Scale,Satisfaction with Life Scale and Positive and Negative Affect Schedule.Results:According to item analysis,all of the 9 items were qualified.The exploratory factor analysis showed that,the scale consisted of 3 factors,accounting for 64.73%of the total variance.And the confirmatory factor analysis showed that,the data fitted the three-factor model of SDT well(χ^2=40.36,df=24,χ^2/df=1.68,RMSEA=0.07,GFI=0.94,CFI=0.97,NFI=0.94,IFI=0.97).The scores of three subscales were significantly correlated with life satisfaction,positive affect,affect balance,and subjective well-being positively,and were significantly correlated with negative affect negatively.The Cronbach’s coefficient alphas of three subscales were 0.82(authenticity),0.86(competence)and 0.80(relatedness).Conclusion:The Chinese version of SDT Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction Scale has good reliability and validity,and it can be used as a tool for measuring Chinese college students’psychological needs satisfaction.
