Design and Performance of a MBBR Wastewater Treatment Plant Based on A^2O Process

摘要 移动床生物膜工艺(MBBR)可大幅提高污水处理系统中的微生物总量,是应对处理水量增加和污染物负荷增加的有效技术措施,在国内污水厂的扩能和提标升级改造中广泛采用,对有机物、氨氮和总氮均有良好的处理效果。四川某新建污水处理厂(近期6×104m3/d)因用地限制,在设计中采用了基于A2O的MBBR工艺,按25%的填充率在好氧区投加SPR-Ⅱ型悬浮载体,深度处理采用D型滤池和紫外线消毒,吨水占地仅为0.31 m2/(m3·d-1)。建成至今运行效果良好,出水主要水质指标均稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中的一级A标准。本项目设计参数和针对悬浮填料的系列技术措施可为采用该工艺的污水厂设计和运行提供参考。 Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor(MBBR) is able to increase biomass amount in wastewater treatment system, and is regarded as an effective technique and widely used in dealing with the surge loads of inflow and pollutants. It is widely used in the expansion and upgrading of wastewater treatment plants, and has a good treatment effect on removal of organic materials, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen. Due to the limitation of land, a new wastewater treatment plant(current treatment capacity 6×104 m3/d) in Sichuan was designed as MBBR based on Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxidation(A2O) process, with the SPR-Ⅱ suspended carriers dosed into the oxidation section by 25% filling rate. The advanced treatment units were D-filter and ultraviolet disinfection, and only 0.31 m2/(m3·d-1) was occupied. Up to now, stable and effective performance was achieved, and the effluent quality could stably meet the first grade A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002). The design and special measures on suspended carriers can provide reference for wastewater treatment plants using similar treatment process.
