11996例住院精神分裂症患者的五运六气禀赋特征研究

11996 Cases of Schizophrenia In-patients were Studied by Five-yun and Six-qi Endowments

目的从中医运气学的角度探讨住院精神分裂症患者先天运气禀赋特征,为揭示精神分裂症的病因病机提供思路,为临床治疗提供参考。方法对首都医科大学附属北京安定医院11996例住院精神分裂症患者出生日期的干支转化作为推算五运六气的依据,根据统计学方法分析其出生时的五运六气分布特征,确定精神分裂症患者的五运六气禀赋特征。结果精神分裂症患者出生禀赋在岁运、司天/在泉、主气、岁运-司天-在泉综合运气5个方面分布上具有一定的差异性,即岁运为太水的患病率最高,岁运为少土的患病率最低;司天为少阴君火、在泉为阳明燥金的患者患病率最高,司天为太阴湿土、在泉为太阳寒水的患病率最低;主气为阳明燥金的患病率最高,主气为少阳相火的患病率最低;岁运-司天-在泉综合运气的分布上以少木-阳明燥金-少阴君火表现者患病率最高,以少土-阳明燥金-少阴君火表现者患病率最低。结论住院精神分裂症患者出生时五运六气先天禀赋存在特异性,以少木-阳明燥金-少阴君火为综合运气表现者患病率最高,精神分裂症患者的先天运气禀赋特征主要为寒水燥金郁火,火热不得外越的火郁性体质,治疗上应以宣散开郁为主。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of five-yun and six-qi endowments of Chinese Medicine in schizophrenia,and provide ideas for revealing the etiology,pathogenesis and pathogenesis of schizophrenia.Methods The data of 11996 patients with schizophrenia were analyzed.The date of fertilization was calculated from the date of birth.The statistical analysis was used to analyze the distribution of five-yun and six-qi at birth and fertilization.Results There were some differences in the distribution of Suiyun,Sitian-Ziquan,Zhu-qi,Ke-qi and Suiyun-SitianZiquan in the patients of birth endowments.That’s,the patients with Taishui had higher morbidity rate than the patients with Shaotu in Suiyun.The patients with Shaoyinjunhuo had higher morbidity rate than the patients with Taiyinshitu in Sitian.The patients with Yangmingzaojin had higher morbidity rate than the patients with Taiyanghanshui in Zaiquan.The patients with Shaomu-Yangmingzaojin-Shaoyinjunhuo had higher morbidity rate than the patients with ShaotuYangmingzaojin-Shaoyinjunhuo in comprehensive Yunqi.Conclusion There were some specificity in schizophrenia inpatients in Yunqi of the birth,the comprehensive Yunqi of Shaomu-Yangmingzaojin-Shaoyinjunhuo was the main type,so the patient with schizophrenia should be treated by dispersing and opening the stasis.
