摘要
肉鸡福利是影响肉鸡健康和产品质量的重要因素之一。改善肉鸡福利,不仅可以提高肉鸡养殖水平,而且能够提高鸡肉产品质量。近年来,随着人们对动物福利的逐渐关注,肉鸡养殖福利逐渐受到重视。文章综述了肉鸡福利的概念和评价方法、养殖环节的影响因素以及我国肉鸡养殖福利现状和发展趋势等,为提高我国肉鸡养殖福利提供参考。
Welfare is one of the important factors that affect broilers′ health and meat quality. Improving broilers welfare can not only enhance the health level, but also increase the quality of chicken products. In recent years, with consumers′ concern to animal welfare, more attention has gradually been paid to broiler welfare during rearing stage.This paper reviewed the concept, evaluation methods, influence factors during rearing stage, current situation and development trend of broiler welfare, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for broiler welfare in China.
