摘要
为研究不同铜添加水平对绵羊生产性能和血液生化指标及含铜酶活性的影响,选择15只年龄相同(约4月龄)、体重相近[(20. 0±1. 5) kg]、健康的绵羊,随机分为3组,分别饲喂A组日粮(基础日粮,未额外添加铜),B组日粮(基础日粮添加10 mg/kg Cu SO4·5H2O)和C组(基础日粮添加25 mg/kg Cu SO4·5H2O)日粮,每组5个重复,每个重复1只羊。预饲期为10 d,试验期为60 d。结果表明:基础日粮中添加10 mg/kg和25 mg/kg硫酸铜对绵羊平均日增重和饲料转化率无显著影响(P>0. 05),但10 mg/kg组可略提高绵羊平均日采食量(P>0. 05),25 mg/kg硫酸铜可显著降低绵羊平均日采食量(P<0. 05)。日粮中添加10 mg/kg和25 mg/kg硫酸铜可显著提高血清中铜锌超氧化物歧化酶和铜蓝蛋白活性(P<0. 05)。日粮中添加25 mg/kg硫酸铜可显著提高血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性(P<0. 05)。日粮中添加硫酸铜对血清中碱性磷酸酶活性和总蛋白、白蛋白含量均未产生显著影响(P>0. 05)。以上结果表明:基础日粮中添加10 mg/kg铜对绵羊的生长有一定的促进作用,添加25 mg/kg硫酸铜可显著提高血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性,提高血清中铜锌超氧化物歧化酶和铜蓝蛋白活性。
The objective of this test was to evaluate the effect of different levels of copper on the enzyme activity containing copper and blood biochemical index of sheep.Fifteen sheep with similar body weight[(20.0±1.5)kg]and good health condition were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 in each group.The control group(group A)was fed basal diet with no additional copper,groups B and C were fed basal diet with the addition of 10 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg copper,respectively.The pre-test period was 10 days and the trial lasted 60 days.The results showed that:the dietary additional copper had no significant effect on the average daily gain(P>0.05)and feed conversion rate(P?0.05),the addition of 25 mg/kg copper to the basal diet significantly decreased the average daily feed intake(ADFI)(P<0.05),but lightly increased the ADFI when the level of copper in the diet was 10 mg/kg(P>0.05).The activity of Cu Zn-SOD and CP in serum were significantly higher in the diet adding 10 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg copper than that in control group(P<0.05),Cu25 group was significantly higher than that in Cu10 group(P<0.05).The activities of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)of the diet adding 25 mg/kg copper were significantly higher than those of the control and the 10 mg/kg group(P<0.05).The addition of copper to the diet did not have effect on total protein,albumin content and alkaline phosphatase activity(P>0.05).It was demonstrated that sheep could get a higher growth performance when the level of copper in the diet was 10 mg/kg and the sheep could have higher CP and Cu Zn-SOD activities and AST and ALT activities when the level of copper in the diet was 25 mg/kg.
