摘要
陆路交通一体化建设是粤港澳大湾区实现协同发展的基本前提和重要驱动力。当前,粤港澳大湾区陆路交通一体化建设虽进展巨大,但结构不合理、协调机制较弱等问题犹存,不利于协同发展。因此,粤港澳大湾区需以协同规划、共建共享一体化为思路,加速推进陆路交通一体化建设,实现由陆路交通基础设施一体化向交通运输体制机制一体化的转变,实现协同发展,进而建成国际一流湾区和世界级城市群。
The integration of land transportation is the basic premise and important driving force for the coordinated development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.At present,although the integration of land transportation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has made great progress,problems such as unreasonable structure and weak coordination mechanism still exist,which are not conducive to coordinated development.Therefore,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area needs to accelerate the integration construction of land transportation with the idea of collaborative planning and co-construction and sharing integration,realize the transformation from the integration of land transportation infrastructure to the integration of system and mechanism,realize the coordinated development,and then build the world-class bay area and world-class urban agglomeration.
