摘要
全域旅游的推进产生了尖锐的用地供需矛盾。韶关市旅游用地供需存在的突出问题包括:土地规划与旅游规划衔接不足、资源浪费严重、供需失衡、供地政策问题等。本文针对这些问题进行了深入研究,提出针对性策略:继续完善土地利用规划机制、盘活区内闲置及未利用土地、实施土地利用年度计划管理。研究成果可以解决旅游用地需求的快速增长与用地指标短缺的矛盾问题。
The promotion of regional tourism has produced sharp contradiction between land supply and demand.The outstanding problems of supply and demand of tourism land in Shaoguan City include:insufficient connection between land planning and tourism planning,serious waste of resources,imbalance between supply and demand,and policy problems of land supply and so on.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward some targeted strategies:continue to improve the land use planning mechanism,to revitalize idle and unused land in the active area,and to implement the annual land use plan management.The research results can solve the contradiction between the rapid growth of tourism land demand and the shortage of land use indicators.
