乡村振兴背景下社区支持农业的发展机制研究

Research on the Development Mechanism of Community-supported Agriculture under the Background of Rural Vitalization Strategy

社区支持农业本质上是消费者和生产者以自身利益最大化为切入点做出的制度选择,它在为消费者解决食品安全问题的同时,通过将消费者端内部化到生产者端,节约了交易成本,提高了生产者的议价能力和利润空间,并在实践中发挥了保护生态环境、促进城乡互动和农村经济、文化发展等旁侧效益。但目前,我国社区支持农业的发展存在融资渠道缺乏、生产者与消费者间的信任基础不牢靠等困境。为此,可以利用"互联网+"实现农产品生产流通的全程可追溯,增加农产品信息的透明度;建立实际和虚拟平台,增加消费者和生产者间的互动频次;设计严格的约束制度来增进双方信任;引入第三方机构作为合作伙伴,创新经营模式、拓宽融资渠道等方式突破社区支持农业的发展困境。

CSA is an arrangement that meets both consumers and farmers’ interests whi ch not only solve the food security problem but al so reduce transaction cost and improve bargaining power and profit margins for producers by "Quasi-vertical integration" between producers and customers.Moreover,the development of CSA generates many side-benefits,such as protecting ecological environment,promoting urban-rural interaction and rural economic and cultural development.At present,however,there is a lack of financing channels and a precarious foundation of trust between producers and consumers.In order to break through the development di 1 emma of CSA,something has to be done.It primary includes:use "Internet+" to record the full range of information for agricultural production and circulation to increase the transparency of agricultural production;establish physical and virtual platforms to increase interaction between consumers and producers;design a strict restraint system to enhance mutual trust;introduce third party organizations as partners to innovate business model and broaden financing channels.
