新零售生态圈跨企业成本协同路径探析

摘要 在新零售模式下,不同业态企业之间通常会基于相同的价值链和业务链,围绕某个核心企业结合成不同的商业生态圈,这使跨企业成本协同成为可能。跨企业成本协同超越企业独自降低成本阶段,是一种协调价值链各企业之间活动,通过合作使总成本降低的整合方法。意味着生态圈内企业协同寻求成本降低机会,合理地分配由此产生的超额利润,并最终通过成本优势和协同效应来获取竞争优势。本文尝试对新零售生态圈中各价值链节点不同类型企业在企业成本协同中的角色进行定位,并规划相对可行的实施路径。 Under the new retail model,different business enterprises usually combine different core business groups into different business ecosystems based on the same value chain and business chain,which makes cross-enterprise cost synergy possible.Cross-enterprise cost synergy exceeds the enterprise’s own cost reduction phase.It is an integrated approach that coordinates activities among companies in the value chain and reduces total costs through cooperation.This means that companies in the ecosystem can jointly seek cost reduction opportunities,rationally distribute the resulting excess profits,and ultimately gain competitive advantage through cost advantages and synergies.This paper attempts to locate the roles of different types of enterprises in the new retail ecosystem in the cost-effectiveness of different types of enterprises,and to plan a relatively feasible implementation path.
