摘要
离子聚合物-金属复合材料(ionic polymer-metal composite, IPMC)界面的粗糙特性对材料的电致动性能有重要作用,文章针对IPMC界面表征模型难以体现实际界面复杂特性的研究现状,提出利用W-M函数来模拟界面轮廓。从制备的样片界面轮廓出发建立传质方程,将实际界面、平电极、Koch曲线和W-M函数模型的拟合结果进行对比,发现仅W-M函数模型与实际界面模型拟合结果相近,且误差均小于5%。此外,文章给出了W-M函数核心参数的获取方法和经验公式,并用来表征复杂界面轮廓。
The rough interface is of great significance to the electro-active properties of ionic polymer-metal composite(IPMC). However, the interface characterization methods of existing research could not embody the complex features of the actual interface. In this paper, it is proposed to simulate the IPMC interface contour using W-M function. A series of geometrical models were established for the interface in the mass transport model of IPMC, based on actual profiles, flat line, Koch curves and W-M function curves, among which the results based on W-M function curves show best consistency with those based on actual profiles and the errors are below 5%. In addition, methods to obtain the core parameters used in W-M function were investigated and an empirical formula was acquired, which were used to represent the complex interface contour.
