本科生导师制在毕业设计(论文)中的应用与实践创新

以湖南中医药大学药学院为例,开展了中药学专业以导师负责制为核心的毕业设计(论文)的教学研究与实践,探索导师制的实施对本科后期教学环节毕业设计(论文)质量的影响。以我校2015级中药学专业学生为研究对象展开调查,结果显示,本科生导师制对中药学专业生毕业设计(论文)质量提高有明显的作用。导师制从思想上引起了学生和导师对毕业设计(论文)的重视,从时间上为毕业设计(论文)工作的开展给予条件,从评价反馈机制、激励机制以及全过程的网络化管理系统的引入为本科生毕业设计(论文)质量提供了保障。同时,文章也针对在导师制实践过程中存在问题进行了总结,并提出对策,对我院现有的本科生导师制在实践基础上加以改革创新,为人才培养质量的提高奠定了基础。

Taking the School of Pharmacy of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,the teaching research and practice of graduation design(thesis)with tutor-responsibility system as the core of Chinese medicine majorwere carried out.Explored the effect of the implementation of the tutorial system on the quality of the graduation design,we investigate the undergraduate of class of 2015.The result showed that the tutorial system of science of Chinese pharmacology had significantly improve the quality of graduation design.The tutorial system aroused the attention of students and tutors to graduation design,provided conditions for the graduation design in terms of time,and guaranteed the quality of undergraduate graduation design through the introduction of evaluation feedback mechanism,incentive mechanism and the whole process of network management system.At the same time,this article also summarizes the problems existing in the practice of the mentor system and proposes countermeasures to reform and innovate the existing undergraduate mentor system in our college on the basis of practice,laying a foundation for improving the quality of talent training.
