摘要
专业群建设是高职院校内涵建设的核心内容,有利于优化专业结构、整合专业资源、发挥品牌效应,凝练育人特色,已经成为对接经济发展,对接产业需求,对接高等职业教育内涵式发展的切入点和突破口。文章立足粤港澳大湾区,有效结合相关产业集群特征,通过科学规划合理论证,凝练专业群特点、支撑学校特色,从组织管理、课程管理、师资管理和制度管理等方面创新发展独具特色的专业群建设管理工作。
The construction of professional group is the core content of the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges.It helps to optimize the professional structure,integrate professional resources,give full play to brand effect,and consolidate the characteristics of educating people.It has become a breakthrough point and breakthrough for docking economic development,docking industrial needs,and docking higher vocational education connotative development.Based on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper effectively combines the characteristics of relevant industrial clusters,through scientific planning and reasonable demonstration,condenses the characteristics of professional groups,supports the characteristics of schools,and innovates and develops the construction and management of unique professional groups from the aspects of organizational management,curriculum management,teacher management and system management.
