Expressing dsRNA in bacteria against Colorado potato beetle Leptinotarsa decemlineata

摘要 马铃箸甲虫Leptinotarsa decemlineata是国际上公认的一种马铃薯毁灭性检疫害虫,起源于墨西哥,寄主主要包括马铃薯、刺萼龙葵、茄子等茄科植物。20世纪90年代传人我国并被列为重要外来入侵物种之一,在生物防治研究领域引起了极大的关注。
