摘要 面对不断攀升的盾构机市场需求,为了适应复杂多样的盾构刀圈工况条件,河冶科技在H13盾构刀圈基础上,适时开发了H13E和H418E两种高品质专用刀圈材料。通过合金化设计、控制变形、生产工艺优化,所加工的盾构刀圈杂质含量和纯净度均优于NADCA#207标准中对超级H13钢的控制要求;经热处理后,退火组织评级为AS2,在保持与H13类冲击韧性相近的基础上,硬度可达59.2 HRC,磨损量仅0.10 g,更适合应用在极恶劣复杂的硬岩地层环境。 With the increasing market demand of shield machine,in order to adapt to the complex working conditions of shield cutter ring,Heye has developed two kinds of high-quality special cutter ring materials H13E and H418E on the basis of H13 shield cutter ring.Through alloying design,deformation control and production process optimization,the impurities content and purity of the shield cutting ring are better than the control requirements of NADCA#207 standard for super H13 steel.After heat treatment,the annealed structure is rated AS2,the hardness can reach 59.2 HRC with similar impact toughness as H13,and the wear amount is only 0.10 g,which is more suitable for the application in the extremely complex hard rock stratum environment.
