摘要 通过建立数学模型,研究了高炉滴落带中渣铁滞留率、炉渣粘度和渣量对煤气压力损失的影响。结果表明:渣铁液的总滞留率直接影响着煤气压力损失,当总滞留率较低时,压力损失随着滞留率的增加变化较慢,但当总滞留率超过15%之后,煤气压力损失会急剧增加,容易导致炉况不顺,直至悬料;煤气压力损失与炉渣粘度大致成正比关系。证明了降低炉渣粘度是控制煤气压力损失的有效手段。 Through the establishment of mathematical model,the influence of slag iron retention rate,slag viscosity and slag quantity on gas pressure loss in the dropping zone of blast furnace is studied.The results show that the total retention rate of slag iron liquid directly affects the pressure loss of gas;when the total retention rate is low,the pressure loss changes slowly with the increasing of retention rate;while the total retention rate is more than 15%,the gas pressure loss will increase sharply,which leads to the unsmooth furnace condition until the hanging.The gas pressure loss is proportional to the slag viscosity.It is proved that reducing slag viscosity is an effective way to control gas pressure loss.
